Vial of LIFE Program
The Vial Of Life program is a very useful tool that we are providing to anyone in the community that would like one. This is an idea that has been around for a while but we are just trying to bring it to our area. This is a very simple idea that if used may be very helpful in an emergency situation. All you have to do is:
1. Place the sticker on the front door or
window near the front door.
2. Inside the vial place current medical
conditions, allergies, contact phone.
numbers, any other important information
that you would like (it holds up to 13 sheets
of paper).
3. Place the vial on the door inside your
refrigerator.
If the rescue squad ever has to come to take someone to the hospital and they see the sticker on the front door they will know to look for the vial in the refrigerator. That way when you get to the emergency room you will have all the information with you that the ER staff might need. Even if it is a friend or family member taking you there they can grab the vial and take it with you. This will make sure that you do not forget any important information during this stressful time. Once again, this is a free service we are providing to any one in the area. You do not have to be a customer of ours, just come by the store and we will get you set up.
